You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal you must inform us
Luca-Aaron Goreckiby means of a clear statement (for example a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but you are not required to.
To meet the withdrawal deadline it is enough that you send your notice of withdrawal before the period expires.
If you withdraw from this contract, we must repay you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising from your choosing a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal. For this repayment we use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; you will not be charged any fees for this repayment.
We may withhold repayment until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied proof that you have returned them, whichever is the earlier.
You must send the goods back to us or hand them over without delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the fourteen days expire.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods where that loss results from handling them in a way that was not necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
There is no right of withdrawal for contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose manufacture an individual choice or decision by you is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to your personal needs (§ 312g (2) no. 1 BGB). With us this applies only to made-to-measure pieces. We tell you expressly before ordering whether a piece is made to measure; all regularly offered sizes are prefabricated and can therefore be withdrawn from.
Digital content. For the digital edition of Helo Journal the right of withdrawal lapses once we have begun performance after you expressly agreed that we may begin before the withdrawal period expires and confirmed that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal (§ 356 (5) BGB). We obtain this consent before purchase with a separate tick box. Without that tick the purchase is not triggered.
